Job Description
The Project Manager will provide key support for the Rinvoq Dermatology team in International Marketing & Commercial Operations (IMCO). The individual will work closely with General Manager and the Brand Team Lead(s).This will include supporting the International Brand Teams (INBT) to plan meetings, coordinate agendas, prepare minutes, and communicate with team members.Also, the individual will lead the organization and planning of brand and franchise events.The project manager will forge relationships with cross-functional INBT members to support achievement of critical milestones by tracking key projects and initiatives and coordinate team responses to critical issues. This will require working closely with all internal groups and external third-party service providers to deliver excellence.
Manage INBT (International Brand Team) meetings organization, minutes, follow-ups, INBT goals and KPI setting process & trackingCoordinate the development of Global Brand Plan & Roadmaps, including relevant medical/regulatory/legal approval processesSupport /Manage key events such as Brand Team Leader Forum, Immunology Directors Forum, Global Brand Council, Immunology ForumTrack project development plans for all key INBT projectsMonitor and track global brand budget across all relevant commercial functions (marketing, market access, BI, SHI, PA)Coordinate Legal/Med/Regulatory approval processes of brand materials, eventsSupport key financial processes (LRP, Plan) and ensure coordination and alignment between the different functions and therapeutic area within the team.Manage Global Brand Portal, INBT SharePoint & Solution Sharing StoreLead or contribute to specific Marketing projects as required/necessary such as the coordination of the Bridge projectManage & develop internal communications plan, execute on plan and create content for affiliate communicationsPlan and coordinate global events and meetingsQualifications
Basic:3 to 5 years of relevant experience in coordination roles or project managementPharma experience - advantageBachelor's DegreePreferred:Excellent planning and organization skillsStrong project managementFinancial understandingGlobal, Matrix organization experienceCross-functional team experienceEnglish fluency both verbal and writtenKey Leadership Competencies:Must have positive attitude, strong written and interpersonal skills, as well as Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally and with partners outside of team to enable higher performanceMake it happened spirit & attitudeInfluences others, including those over whom they have no direct authorityLearns fast, grasps the "essence" and can change course quickly where indicatedActs consistently with our ethics, obligations, and the lawRaises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quoManage conflict constructivelyPersistent and resilient when confronted with obstacles finds the way
