Department Manager Long Term Care

HCT is seeking an Interim Department Manager of Long Term Care for a 300+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include:
Managing the long term care activities which may include DME, SNF, and eldercare for the facility.Ensuring compliance with Medicare, TJC, and other federal, state, and local requirements. Working with SNF's to ensure the quality of care and utilization, developing and maintaining clinical practice standards, and ensuring consistent implementation of benefits. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredExperience: Minimum of three years of leadership experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
