/ $18 per hour / 401k / PTO - As a Member Support Specialist you'll:

Be on the front lines of the Member experience; Support Members in the Wellth program with any questions/issues that may arise regarding their program and address any tech issues necessary; Take phone calls through the Wellth Helpline, answer emails, and send text messages in response to Member inquiries; Monitor Member adherence and alert the medical care teams if needed; Make calls to help non-adherent Members get back on track.
