PAYROLL ANALYST & ACCOUNTANT

WENTZVILLE, MO (100% Onsite)

FIRST SHIFT

TARGET PAY RATE:
$30/HOUR (+1.5 times pay rate for any overtime over 40 hours)

PAYROLL analysis and support for a Union Environment

o Closing and reopening PO's

o Getting statements from suppliers

o Working with Coupa users to determine what needs to be received, unreceived, and request invoices

o Following up on why receipts are not being entered into Coupa timely

o Sending out the pending receipts report and ensuring all receipts are entered the same week

o Checking Coupa weekly for PO's with expired need by dates to determine if receipts are missing

  • Reconciling temp labor invoices to Kronos and sending weekly credit memo to ensure payments are all timely
  • Answering emails about supplier payment issues.
  • Complete JE's at month end for GRNI and Pending Invoice as well as AP reconciliations & intercompany balances.
