Summary

Duties
  • You will operate and maintain all systems and equipment on the wide and local area (WAN/LAN) networks, to include clients, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, wiring, and network infrastructure.
  • You will interpret and explain rules and regulations or related alternatives typically involving complex problems operational consequences related to the maintenance of the command's networks.
  • You will assist in the review and analysis of records, reports, transactions and automated systems interfaces to resolve questions regarding operations and/or personnel administration challenges.
  • You will interpret and comply with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy Information Assurance and Privacy Act directives and policies.
