Our radiologist positions are open to applicants of all experience levels, from new graduates to experienced radiologists, and include:
Breast Imaging RadiologistChest/Body Imaging RadiologistGeneral Body Imaging RadiologistNeuroradiologistNuclear Medicine RadiologistUltrasound Body Imaging RadiologistMRI Focused Fellowship including Ultrasound/CTResponsibilities include:Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirementsInterpret medical images to diagnose a variety of conditionsDeliver accurate, timely radiology reports detailing findings and recommendations for treatmentConsult with referring physicians and other health professionals to discuss imaging findings and treatment optionsPerform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, angiography, and image-guided therapiesParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and collaborate on patient care plansContribute to quality improvement initiatives within the radiology departmentMaintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standardsStay abreast of advancements in radiology technology, imaging techniques, and medical knowledge and participate in continuing medical education to maintain proficiency in the fieldQualifications:Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited universityNew York Medical License/Active NYS DEABoard Eligible or Board Certified in RadiologyExcellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skillsA strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven health systemWhy White Plains Hospital?At White Plains Hospital, you have an opportunity to work side-by-side with some of the brightest minds in medicine.
