KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Knowledge Management Process Owner to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with firm's practice Knowledge Managers for various practices to ensure there is a strategy for consistent creation, management and sharing of knowledge assets with appropriate quality, accessibility, and efficient collaboration among the constituents; define and manage KM governance activities to ensure continuous engagement of various stakeholders in terms of their feedback, contributions, and inputs into ongoing KM initiatives
  • Create and manage the road maps for the KM best practices, processes and needed technology platforms to enhance the effectiveness of Knowledge Managers and their stakeholders in terms of experience, usage, usability, accuracy, and consistency
  • Assess and recommend innovative ways of managing the knowledge management life cycle (creation to retirement), as well as integrating them in various digital assets for timely and effective content rendering with best-in-class catalogue, search, and AI
  • Build and manage user groups across various practices to understand their knowledge needs, as well as feedback on effectiveness of the KM function with an emphasis on continuous improvements
  • Develop and execute evangelization of KM best practices for consistent and tighter alignment across different practices and regions; act as internal KM champion and promote and contribute to ongoing KM and Content initiatives
  • Partner with firm's functional, knowledge management and business leaders to understand, document and contribute to the firm's KM objectives, initiatives, and road map; collaborate closely with firm's AI and infrastructure teams in creating content discovery roadmaps to help facilitate alignment with platform capabilities and firm vision around universal search and generative AI

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in crafting, and deploying Knowledge Management processes and solutions; minimum five years of recent leadership experience in business facing, leading enterprise-wide knowledge transformation programs, product/process adoption, managing value by metrics/KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Must have extensive experience working in ServiceNow and SharePoint (or similar platforms)
  • Experience in user adoption strategies, change management as well as transforming cross functional teams, and diversified business units
  • Strong content, collaboration, program and communication management and agile delivery methodology experience; excellent presentation skills with focus on details and quality
  • Extensive content management and process governance experience; deep understanding of GenAI, data cleansing, preparation, curation, and categorization
