Our Impact:

  • We build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for our API Services to illustrate how innovative technology can be incorporated and improve Freddie Mac's technology offerings
  • We collaborate with IT teams and IT leadership to advance our technical capabilities and go from not yet to possible
  • We pioneer technologies that are not being used anywhere else yet in the enterprise

Your Impact:

  • Improve our offerings with emerging and traditional technologies such as Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Kubernetes, React Native, JSON, Spring Boot and more
  • Partner with the Innovation Lab to develop intuitive and useful features using an Agile approach
  • Build UIs using Angular/React with Typescript, , CSS/SCSS and HTML
  • Fully use AWS with services such as Cloud Formation Templates, S3, EC2, EKS and many more

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of software development experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience developing front end & orchestration layers' technologies: Java Spring Boot, Angular/React/Vue, Node JS, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, and CSS
  • At least 1 year of experience developing RESTful APIs and fully using AWS with services such as Cloud Formation Templates, S3, EC2, Lambda, Route53, CloudFront, API Gateway (Apigee)
  • 1+ years of experience developing with large microservice-based architectures, container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes/Amazon EKS
  • 1+ years of experience in a database technology, preferably No-SQL such as AWS DynamoDB
