Key Responsibilities:

Overall Warehouse Operations:Inventory Control (follow Add, Change, Delete Process)Receiving & Staging Process including MRP systemMaterial Kitting ProcessRegistered Materials Cycle CountingInventory ReductionReview materials over max levelsOverdue purchase order report to ensure materials readily availableReview and Manage Open Issue AreaManage Outshipping of spares to be repairedRespond to inventory site audits when required Key day to day liaison between Plant and materials inventoryPhysically receive materials and follow the inspection requirements prior to enter receipts in the appropriate systemBin materials in the assigned area in the WarehousePick material & issue to designated UserAssemble and distribute material kits for MaintenancePrepare equipment and appropriate documentation for shipment to outside third partiesSupport inventory optimization through review process of material min/max levels and reorder points and determinationProvide business analytics on inventory to identify obsolete or slow moving non critical inventory items for potential asset recoveryVerifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies "cycle counting"Work with Maintenance & Reliability personnel to ensure proper documentation is completed for items being repairedMaintains clean, organized and safe work environmentResponsible for site logistics and material staging areas (including Open Issue Area)Expedite material deliveries upon requestEnsure compliance with all established policies and proceduresTeam Player: (Spirit of Service, Ambition of Purpose, Objectivity and Determination, Creativity and Innovation, Maturity and Reliability, Positive and Constructive Spirit, Mobility and Adaptability)RequirementsHigh School Diploma acceptable ( 3 to 5 years of Procurement or Warehouse experience)Willingness to work nights, weekends or holiday when needed or during outagesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequentlyStrong verbal and written communication and active listening skillsAble to work independently and ability to foster collaborative relationships with Suppliers andCo-WorkersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time managementDrives continuous improvementDesired working knowledge of SAPWorking knowledge of Microsoft office suite (word, excel)Ability to operate lift truck and other warehouse equipmentCertified Forklift Operator or achieve certification within 30 days; must have valid driver's licenseSpecial ConsiderationsAbility to walk, sit, stoop, squat, climb ladders and stairs
