IGTD L&D Program Manager

The IGTD Program Manager will support overall learning and development programs within the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business. The L&D program manager will drive the delivery of the learning and development strategy, including scheduled and customized training solutions, to meet the evolving talent development needs of the IGTD organization. Programs may include Graduate Rotational programs, Campus talent strategy (including internship and graduate hires), mentoring programs, and training analyses.

Your role:

  • Program manage IGTD's talent programs: Mastering Business Acumen, Female Mentoring Program, Intern Program, Campus Recruiting Program, R&D Rotational Program, MBA Marketing Rotational Program, IGTD quarterly Gig program.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with input from stakeholders; recommend learning program, vendors or leverage internal learning solutions as appropriate.
  • Gather input and formulate alignment between functions to create a learning roadmap in a matrix, global model.
  • Grow talent pipelines with early in career initiatives such as campus relations programs and Graduate hiring or Rotational program support.
  • Enable organizational learning with a variety of models such as mentoring, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to build competency models that facilitate knowledge transfer, succession planning and individual growth and development needs.
  • Support ongoing broader HR initiatives such as organization design, transformation and change management, process improvements, strategic workforce planning and diversity and inclusion.
  • Apply evaluation analyses on learning solutions based on program goals and quality metrics; make recommendations on learning adoption and impact to improve results.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development or similar emphasis.
  • You've acquired a minimum of 8 years of related job experience (medical device or health technology industry, a plus).
  • You have a Project Management certification or working experience—experience leading multiple projects and project teams which require significant cross-functional management (preferred).
  • Your skills include:
    • You are curious and passionate about employee development. You are able to apply knowledge of adult learning theories and models to business priorities.
    • Proactively evaluating multiple projects for opportunities to improve performance at a program level.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build working relationships based on trust and collaboration.
    • Strong presentation skills—including at the Executive Level.
    • Organization and priority-setting.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $101,500 to $174,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
