Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join their Housekeeping Team Find us next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk and near downtown dining.

Pay Rate: $18.51 per hour

Shift Pattern: AM shifts, between 9AM -6.30PM, availability for weekends and holidays is required.

*Available benefits may vary depending upon property-specific terms and conditions of employment A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. What will I be doing? As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed)
Complete work orders, as needed
Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed
Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
