Responsible for managing and processing billing activities for clients including handling invoices, reconciling payments and addressing billing issues and inquiries.

Key Accountabilities

  • Enters daily premium deposit and validates balanced debits; audits & researches incoming checks; issues premium refunds as needed.
  • Processes and reconciles premium payments at an employee policy level accurately and within company guidelines
  • Pro-actively monitors accounts to resolve exceptions, review past due accounts, and reconciliation of monies in suspense accounts

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 0 – 2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent Business Communication Skills (verbal andwritten)
  • Proficient Use of Access, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills
  • Detail Oriented with multi-tasking abilities
  • Knowledge of payment process methods
  • Collaboration skills
