Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the editorial vision and content quality of our newsletters, ensuring they inform, educate, and engage our B2B audience.
  2. Lead subscriber acquisition strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and nurture engaged communities.
  3. Champion engagement initiatives to improve subscriber open rates and click-through rates using data-driven methods, A/B testing, and targeted messaging.
  4. Develop and expand revenue streams through advertising sales, sponsorships, and premium content.
  5. Manage and inspire a team of editors, writers, analysts, and designers, promoting a collaborative and effective work environment.
  6. Utilize data insights for informed decision-making in content strategy and audience segmentation.
  7. Stay updated with B2B trends, integrating them into our newsletters to maintain a competitive edge.



Experience & Expertise

  • Proven expertise in B2B media, with a focus on growing and managing B2B newsletters.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and media trends.
  • Editorial excellence, capable of shaping the content strategy to drive engagement and monetization
  • Data-driven, comfortable using analytics for strategy and decision-making.
  • Natural leadership skills, with experience in team building and management.
  • Motivated by challenges and adept at turning data into profitable outcomes.
