In this role, the Human Resources Department Coordinator will provide support for the Human Resources Department in the areas of compensation, benefits, employment, and training. Theyll also lead scheduling, organization, and record keeping for Human Resources function.

Some examples of those activities will include:
* Receptionist duties for the Human Resources and Safety Services Departments.
* Direct incoming and outgoing mail for Human Resources & Safety.
* Manage job posting process both internally and externally with Employment Coordinator.
* Prepare mid-month and end-month wire transfers for life insurance.
* Maintain insurance database and complete utility month-end reporting for life, AD&D, LTD, and other insurance plans.
* Maintain & record employee training.
* Maintain and update HR filing index with Records Management.

* To hit the ground running, preferred candidates will have HR education and experience.
* Must have demonstrated customer service skills and be able to maintain confidentiality of employee and Company information.
* Must have demonstrated experience with typical office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Requires knowledge of human resources information systems.
* Requires organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize routine and special projects for self and department as well as office administration and records management skills.
* Requires excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
* This position also requires a two-year Associates Degree in applicable field of study.

Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-interview assessment.
