Responsibilities:

To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. Assist in setting up bar to included; unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnish set-up.Accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper calling order to keep service bar at optimum levelof service for our guest. Observe the 10 second rule.Red-line all drink orders, checking for correct number of drinks and correct pricing. No drinks to be madewithout pre-rung guest check.All cocktails are to be made in accordance with the company standard recipes and using the standard jigger atall times.Service guests and team members promptly, hospitably and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Able to handle difficult situations effectively.Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.Technical beverage knowledge and expertise.Guest-focused personality.Good physical health.Self-starting individual.Has a cool, organized disposition.Honest.Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
