Ziegler currently has an opening for a Full-time Accounts Payable/Accounting Coordinator. This position will support company operations by processing vender invoices/credits and reconciling vender statements through various software programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving invoice/PO discrepancies
  • Maintains accounting records by making copies, filing documents electronically
  • Performs vendor invoice and credit memo data entry
  • Manages weekly vendor payments via check, ACH, and credit cards
  • Works closely with internal buyers to ensure vendors are paid in a timely fashion
  • Manages User Support incident tickets
  • Occasionally provides backup mailroom and switchboard support
  • Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborates with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Assists in the implementation of new systems
  • Acts as a resource for vendors and other employees

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree/GED required, 4 year degree preferred
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Must have excellent work habits.
  • Customer focused, planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing
