Summary

This position is located Colorado Area Office, USDA/Rural Development (RD). The incumbent has responsibility for making and servicing loans/grants for selected loans and grants for rural facilities, utilities, and/or businesses.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION; INCUMBENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO STATE AREA OFFICE.



Duties
  • Review and analyze preapplications, applications and all supporting documents to determine loan or grant eligibility and inputs data into appropriate automated database system.
  • Analyze financial and credit data documents to make sound eligibility, feasibility, and credit-worthiness determinations and takes appropriate action for orderly
    processing of the loan and/or grant.
  • Provides a wide variety of servicing actions for assigned less difficult loan cases. Analyzes annual financial statements and reports on closed loans.
  • Works with a program specialist and/or supervisor in the development and implementation of an outreach and marketing program for the servicing area.
