\tResponsibilities\r
\t\r
\tPharmacy students currently enrolled in a professional pharmacy program will have the opportunity to concentrate on patient counseling, customer service, over the counter medications, immunization training, MTM, specialty drug administration and disease state management.\r
\r
\t\r

\tOur pharmacy interns:

\t\r
\t\tPerforms all duties under the supervision of a registered pharmacist or designated pharmacist preceptor\r
\t\r
\t\tTakes all steps required to fill prescriptions in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures\r
\t\r
\t\tOffers advice and consultation to customers and health care professionals regarding prescription knowledge, drug therapy, and health related products and concerns\r
\t\r
\t\tImplements company initiatives to increase pharmacy profitability\r
\t\r
\t\tActively participates in clinical services\r
\t\r
\t\tRequirements/Qualifications\r
\t\r
\t\tMust be enrolled as a full-time student in an accrediteds chool of pharmacy\r
\t\r
\t\tMust hold a valid state intern license if required by the state of employment\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to readily and positively adapt to changes in schedule specifications, and work priorities as the business and customer needs demand\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to cooperate with others and work as part of a team.\r
\t\t \r
\r
\r
