Position: Controller

Location: North Phoenix (on-site)

Vaco Phoenix is working with a growing private-equity backed organization located in North Phoenix looking for a Controller. Our client is looking for a controller with multi-entity accounting experience, a CPA license and 5-8+ of accounting experience. This is a great opportunity to be the CFO's right hand and join an organization that has fantastic growth plans.

Attraction/Culture:

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
  • Multi-entity accounting experience required
  • Private equity backed company experience preferred
  • CPA (active or inactive) required
  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and be hands on in the day-to-day accounting operations for multi-entity company
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Forecasting
  • Budgeting
  • Manage and partner with thirdparty auditors
  • Manage and mentor direct reports
