Hours of Operation: M-F 8am-5pm

Location: Onsite, 9069 W. Thunderbird Rd. Peoria

The Optometrist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic care related to diseases/disorders of the eye. Typically performs vision tests and prescribes and fits corrective devices. Requires Optometry Doctorate and Board of Optometry licensure.

This position is responsible for diagnosis and treatment of patient eye care within appropriate scope of practice. These services include comprehensive eye health examinations, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and vision disorders, the detection of general health problems, and the counseling of patients regarding their alternatives and vision needs.

Candidate will be expected to work in conjunction with Optical, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Urgent Care, and related Specialty physicians.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a patient base abundant with acute and chronic ocular disease.
  • Requires Optometry Doctorate and Board of Optometry licensure.
  • Arizona License to practice Optometry Required.
  • Residency training strongly preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
