Plan, develop and coordinate shipment pickup & delivery

· Ensure all required materials are properly received, stored, inventoried, etc.

· Communicate with US Customs, customers, brokers, account managers on all shipment pick up and deliveries.

· Conduct physical inventory in accordance to schedules and prepare all perpetual inventory sheets.

· Monitor and control warehouse documents of all VSIE and internal inventories closing all documentation.

· Ensures proper, safe and clean operation

· Communicates all warehouse related matters to shift personnel.

· Any additional duties assigned by management.

Verify specifications to actual menu.

· Verify airline is correctly catered and all equipment is in place.

· Inspect, approve and finalizing meal carts based on cart diagrams.

· Check the whole flight for completeness to ensure all carts are complete.

· Verify special meals are included.

· Ensure that meal counts are correct.

· Record temperatures of carts to ensure HACCP compliance.

· Assemble first class meal carts.

· Work closely with dispatcher for counts and flight schedules.

· In-house flight verification.

Job Qualifications:

· Understanding of cart assembly and cart diagrams.

· Ability to read Cart Diagrams.

· Ability to work in a cold environment.

· Good communications, organizational, problem solving and teaming skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours and schedule.

· Able to read and write English – bilingual a plus.

Must have knowledge of US Customs regulations

· Related warehouse and inventory experience a plus

· Must be reliable and professional

· Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

· Able to work with others as a team player and efficiently direct a team

· Able to understand, read, communicate and write English

· Able to work in a fast, demanding environment.

· Basic math skills required

· Computer literate – Word, Excel

· Lead or supervisor experience a plus.
