We are seeking a professional like you who can drive tactical and strategic plans to improve the reliability and sustainability of our site.

As a Asset Reliability Engineer, you create chemistry by...

  • Facilitating and maintaining the site criticality analysis and improvement efforts to reduce risk for the site.
  • Leading the development of the maintenance budget and oversee spending throughout the year for your area.
  • Defining the PM/PdM and sparing strategy for your area of the plant to improve site reliability based on equipment criticality.
  • Overseeing and facilitating bad actor program for your area to reduce losses and spending related to bad actor equipment.
  • Supporting the development of a capex plan to improve site reliability and sustainability.
  • Overseeing and facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA's) to support area improvements.

If you...

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or electrical).
  • Have 5+ years work experience preferably in maintenance, reliability, or operations in the petrochemical industry.
  • Are a strong team player with the ability to communicate well with people throughout the organization.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker.
  • Are familiar with Lean/Six sigma (preferred but not required).
  • Have experience working with SAP (preferred but not required).
