Night auditors perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. They assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. They also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial.Also will be following the checklist from property.
Verify posted entries to guest and non-guest accounts.Balance all front office accounts.
Resolve room status and rate discrepancies.
Review guest credit transactions against established limits.
Generate operational and managerial reports.
