AP Analyst

What You Will Do

• Code Transactions into our ERP system, these transactions can include anything from invoices to credit card transactions and doing so while ensuring completeness and accuracy of the information entered.
• Entering credit card transactions into our third-party credit card coding system.
• Maintaining a master spreadsheet of all telecom transactions/charges.
• Support our Month End close activities, ensuring the timeliness of financial reporting data.
• Responsible for managing vendor accounts, working with Vendors to resolve any potential disputes as they arise.
• Prepare AP Reconciliations and aging reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other accounting team members to investigate and resolve credit issues.

Desired But Not Required

• 0-2 years related experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Beginner to Intermediate skillset in Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle/NetSuite
