- Collaborates with business and third-party risk management to negotiate commercial and performance aspects of outsourcing agreements - strong understanding of pricing models, SLAs, benchmarking, scope description required
- Leverage market knowledge and understanding of industry trends to achieve performance goals for the category
- Collaborate with stakeholders to cover various commodities such as general services (facilities, MRO), information technology/security, and bank operations
- Perform data/spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, TCO, and value creation
- Identify long term sourcing strategies for bank services and related commodity groups
- Manage/mitigate vendor risk, business continuity and compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in strategic sourcing, MRO procurement, or related experience; or,
- Master's degree in business, finance, supply chain or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in strategic sourcing, MRO procurement, or related experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio in order to perform analysis, provide visual aids with graphics and illustrative animations, models, graphs, etc.
- Must have both quantitative and qualitative market research experience
- Ability to interpret and utilize key financial data; can tell a story with data
- Must have strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently but also able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented department
- Ability to learn and become subject matter expert quickly
- Demonstrates excellent client support and demeanor by being knowledgeable/informed, courteous and provide timely resolution
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to quickly adapt to change
- Proven leadership skills showcasing strategic mindset and approach to managing teams
- Demonstrated comfort level with ambiguity
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills
- Occasional travel may be required
- Experience with facilities, professional services, and IT/IS categories preferred.
The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 annually - $125,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
