Description:The BHICP clinical pharmacist completes all necessary workload to provide the necessary Infusion deliveries to our Home Infusion patients and services. He/she will support with strategies to optimize the patient infusion experience, clinical outcomes, pharmacy growth and total cost of care.
Qualifications:Bachelor of Science required. Registered Pharmacist required. Consultant Pharmacist preferred. 3 years of experience. Home Infusion experience required. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) Preferred. Pharmacy Practice Residency (or) Board Certification of Pharmacy Specialty (BCPS) preferred. Each Pharmacy Practice Residency counts for 1 years of experience. Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an experienced pharmacist to operate the day to day activities and perform hands on duties of the Baptist Health Home Infusion Care Pharmacy (BHICP) team. In this role, he/she will be responsible to ensure daily functions follow established operational goals and the strategies to optimize patient infusion experience, clinical outcomes, pharmacy growth and total cost of care. He or she will work and collaborate with staff and leaders across the BHSF Pharmacy enterprise as well as representing BHICP Services with external vendors and providers.
