Responsibilities

Position Overview: As a key member of our finance team, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing for our organization. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of payroll principles and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with an understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
