DESCRIPTTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
  • Maintain large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Audit and process credit card bills.
  • Reconciles assigned ledger accounts to the General Ledger
  • Assist providing documentation for Year End Audits
  • Provide overall support to the department.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum two (2) years experienceof accounting practices and procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Must be accurate in both processes and content
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must be proficient In Microsoft Excel

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Costpoint and government accounting experience preferred
