Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of the facility, coordinating with the management team to resolve any issues and helping manage the part time staff. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct 10-minute meetings prior to each event in order to distribute work assignments.
- Inspect all areas to ensure facility is clean prior to events.
- Ensure employees have the right equipment and supplies to perform the job efficiently.
- Make sure employees are in uniform.
- Responsible for maintaining expected sanitation and cleanliness levels during the event.
- Maintain employee paperwork including attendance and evaluations.
- Receive and delegate all radio calls made to building services department.
- Coordinate with the day manager before the event and the night manager post event to review any issues.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
