Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and friendly Patient Service Representative on a temporary contract based in Moline, Illinois.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role primarily focuses on providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of patient identification, billing, testing and specimen collection processes.

Skills & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong customer service skills.Ability to follow standard operating procedures.Experience in a customer service role would be advantageous, but not mandatory.The Specimen Processor's responsibilities will be:Warmly greet and accurately identify patients in accordance with standard operating procedures.Obtain necessary billing and testing information following established guidelines.Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for drug testing, adhering to standard operating procedures.Package and prepare specimens for shipping to the testing location, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.Compensation:25 USD per hour If you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Janelle Jones at (+1) or
