Progressive commercial real estate property management corporation needs a well-rounded accounting professional. Someone with real estate and/or property management experience would be great but not necessary. Must have minimum of 1-3 years of comprehensive accounting experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred, not required. Will perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, and prepare monthly financial statements. Assist with monthly collections, notices, billings, year-end tax reconciliations. Maintenance of billing contacts in system database. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for various accounting and financial review duties.

MS Office skills and knowledge, Nice to have experience with specialized property management software "AppFolio".
