We at the Adamant Musc School areLooking for a meticulous housekeeper in Calais, Vermont who can help clean out the mildew in this five bedroom two bathroom dorm. It is a repurposed little farmhouse. Also has a piano studio. We anticipate spraying mildew cleaner on every surface. Not the pianos which we will take care of. We are ordering our own supplies unless you have a preference. This is a good onetime cleanup. We have another seven room dorm that also needs mildew cleanup. We have a third project— two small piano studios that had mice. The carpet and walls needs a good wash.
