Sodexo is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to work with our Clinical Nutrition Manager at Wayne County Nursing Home located in Lyons, NY, halfway between Syracuse and Rochester. This onsite position offers benefits and a flexible schedule working ~20 hours/week.

Wayne County Nursing Home is one of the leading-edge, Senior Living Communities in New York State, serving Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Short-Term Rehab and Memory Care Residents. This dietitian will work closely with our Clinical Nutrition Manager to provide Clinical Nutrition Services to our Residents.

The successful candidate will:

• be a Registered Dietitian and willing to obtain NY CDN;
• provide nutritional care to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing, short-term rehab, and memory care;
• serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences; and/or
• represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
