Overview:

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

About Global Professional Services:

Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Maintain andmonitorproject plans, project schedules, work hours,budgetsand expenditures.
  • Organize,attendandparticipatein stakeholder meetings.
  • Document andfollowup on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparenecessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensureproject deadlines are met.
  • Determineproject changes.
  • Provideadministrative support as needed.
  • Undertakeproject tasks asrequired.
  • Develop project strategies
  • Ensureprojects adhere to frameworks and all documentation ismaintainedappropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair andfacilitatemeetings whereappropriateand distribute minutes to all project team members.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in project management coordination preferred
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • MS Project experience preferred.
  • OpenAir experience preferred.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
