Job Description

  1. Oversee Quality Management Systems: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in electronics manufacturing processes.
  2. Conduct Root Cause Analyses: Investigate and identify the underlying causes of quality issues to implement effective corrective actions.
  3. Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance processes, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
  4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  5. Develop Quality Assurance Procedures: Establish and maintain procedures for quality assurance, inspection, and testing to uphold product integrity.
  6. Perform Risk Assessments: Evaluate product designs and manufacturing processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to quality and safety.
  7. Implement Quality Control Measures: Monitor production processes and quality metrics to prevent defects and maintain consistent product quality.
  8. Provide Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
  9. Conduct Audits and Assessments: Perform internal audits and supplier assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements.
  10. Support Customer Requirements: Interface with customers to address quality concerns, provide timely resolutions, and maintain strong relationships based on trust and satisfaction.

  11. Extensive Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in quality engineering roles within the electronics manufacturing industry.
