Our client is a widely known retail/manufacturing company that produces instruments that is looking to bring on an HR Generalist to support their HR function in a factory setting. This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Long Island City and has a base salary of $85K - $95K.

Job Description

Support the end-to-end internal recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Administer union employee relation matters, including conflict resolution and performance reviews.Maintain benefit administration process including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pension, and 401K.Assists in administering transfers, promotions, discipline & terminations, ensuring compliance with company policy and applicable law.Support the greater HR team on ad hoc projects as needed (payroll, training programs, event planning, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

Must be bilingual in English and SpanishMust be onsite 5 days a week in Long Island City. 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required.Salary: K.
