"HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER SPECIALIST" POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for hard working, dependable, and positive members to join our team in our "Housekeeping Turnover Specialist" role. Housekeeping is the lifeblood of our business and the cleanliness of our units is what drives our 5 star hospitality. Regardless of how a previous guest leaves a unit, it's up to us to return the space into "like new" condition for the next guest, which is often the same day as the prior guests check out. That's why this role is so important for our company and we're looking to build our team to ensure we continue providing our 5 star hospitality to every guest we host.

Our standard guest check out time is usually 11AM, with some units at 10AM, and our standard check in time at 4pm the same day for all units. The majority of the work done for this role will be done during these 5 or 6 hours every day. We have guests checking in and out 7 days/ week and all work needs to be completed between check out and check in each day, so promptly showing up for work at 10am or 11am each day is crucial for success in this role.

As long as you are committed to learning and have a strong work ethic, no cleaning experience is required and you will be trained on all tasks related to the cleaning and turning over of units before you are responsible on your own.

We provide all cleaning supplies and you will shadow experienced members of our team for a few days before you're expected to start cleaning units on your own. We will take as much time shadowing experienced members of our team when starting out to ensure you're comfortable before cleaning on your own, but we expect you to feel comfortable within 2 or 3 days of starting with us.

There is a lot of autonomy in this role, most days you will be on your own cleaning your list of apartments each day. However, we have a fun team and there will be opportunities to work with coworkers on occasion to clean larger homes together, help set up new units, or deep clean some of our units together.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Efficiently clean our apartments / houses in between guests and return the space to "like new" condition each day; you will be responsible for cleaning up to 5 units per day during the 10am - 4pm check in/ check out window, depending on our cleaning schedule for the day and size of the spaces that need cleaned. Thorough trainings on our systems and processes will be provided until you feel comfortable on your own - we'll start slow

- Complete all laundry on-site during the check in / check out window (Our units all have washer - dryers on-site so you can complete while you clean). Most of our units are in the same building as each other, so you're able to start the laundry for all cleans at the beginning of your day and turn over throughout the day as you clean to eliminate wasted time waiting for laundry to finish.

POSITON REQUIREMENTS:

- Working vehicle for reliable transportation each day

- You must have a smart phone so we can communicate with you all day (Cleaning schedule is assigned the day before via an app, and sometimes our team will need to get in touch with you mid-day).

- Tardiness is important - Must start by 10:15am or 11:15am depending on check out time of cleaning schedule for the day

- Reliability is crucial, skipping cleans, cutting corners on cleans, or last minute call offs (Unless there is an emergency) can not be tolerated

- Have a positive attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests receive 5 star hospitality

Salary/ Compensation:

The starting pay for this position starts at $15/ hour with daily minimums set at $40 per day. We have both full time positions and part time positions available with our company.

1099 pay structure and you will be paid for all hours worked on a weekly basis (Fridays).

If you're reliable and prompt with start time each day, you can expect 25-30 hours of work each week
