The primary purpose of this position is to serves as management assistant in support of various test area or laboratory operations.



Duties
  1. Monitors chemical inventory, hazardous material disposal tracking, materials safety paperwork and safety checklists.
  2. Responsible for processing requests for supply purchases and making and tracking purchases using Government Purchase Card.
  3. Serves as point of contact for self-inspection program and tracking.
  4. Sorts and retrieves data from electronic databases or spreadsheets to produce reports. Performs and schedules facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance.
  5. Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy. Supports with additional duties as assigned.
