Position Summary:

The Quality Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the quality improvement program at the facility. Responsibilities include leading quality improvement projects, monitoring patient safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing data to drive performance enhancements. The role also involves collaborating with various departments, conducting medical record audits, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate continuous quality improvement activities
  • Monitor patient safety initiatives and educate staff on best practices
  • Oversee regulatory activities and site reviews
  • Analyze data to implement quality improvement activities
  • Track and interpret quality outcomes data in real-time
  • Facilitate peer review processes in collaboration with medical staff
  • Maintain PI Board of the units and ensure continuous survey readiness
Education:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare field required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of related experience typically required.

License/Certification:

Professional registered nurse or healthcare practitioner license preferred.
