Job Description
The Associate Attorney will work directly with Partners on a dynamic team handling complex insurance regulatory and transactions matters. The role will focus on advising clients on insurance regulatory matters and transactions across all insurance lines. The Associate will be responsible for advising clients on M&A transactions within the insurance industry.
