The Cluster Director of Revenue Management will champion the revenue effort at the hotels by foresting a collaborative environment and total team effort with all the departments of the hotel to ensure maximum profitability and value that is good for people and the planet. This position will oversee two of our U.S. locations.

Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your manager not listed below in the constant quest to provide "out of this world" customer service experience for our guests:
- Keep abreast of property performance relative to budget and forecast
- Support global revenue management and distribution team goals and strategies
- Utilize best practices and leverage available reporting tools and analysis to make effective decisions
- Work with the team on the annual Rate and Budget process, as well as development of the Sales and Marketing Plan.
- Assist in developing and executing key market segment strategies to impact regional/hotel need periods, shortfalls to budget and/or market share losses (based on Agency 360 and Smith Travel)
- Work in conjunction with Sales & Marketing team members to ensure that sales, pricing and distribution strategies are aligned for success
- Maximize the potential, and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems: Duetto, HMS, SynXis etc.
- Ensure that the necessary reports are maintained and organized, including market intelligence reports including but not limited to: Rate 360; Agency 360; STAR; etc.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis as necessary and serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams
- Weekly and Monthly yield meeting participation
- Weekly and Monthly sales, front office, or operations meeting participation as needed
- Email communication regarding revenue management function daily, weekly, and monthly including reporting, meeting notes, or other
- Additional needs as necessary by the Corporate Director of Revenue Management

- Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as, all state and federal liquor laws.
- Able to change direction and work on multiple project aspects at once
- Enthusiastic, passionate, able to enthuse and motivate others

- Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
- At least 7 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management
- This position will oversee two of our U.S. locations, Chicago and Dallas. Expected travel is up to 20%.
- Candidates based in Dallas or Chicago are preferred. However, this role is open to remote candidates.
- Strong sense of initiative, innovation, analysis, urgency.
- Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
