Job Title: Senior Digital AI Product Management Analyst

Job Description :

Position Overview: As an Associate Product Manager AI for Content, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of AI strategies to optimize content creation, review, and editing processes. Reporting to the Manager of AI for Content, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate AI tools, integrate them into content production workflows, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, commercially successful digital content across our platforms.

As a core member of the Product Content Operations team, you will be expected to work autonomously and deliver project phases on time and on budget. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular progression sessions. You will work with global teams and thus may occasionally work off to accommodate other time zones.

Responsibilities:

Support Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for leveraging AI technologies to optimize content creation, review, and editing processes.

Assist with Tool Evaluation and Selection: Participate in researching, evaluating, and selecting AI tools and platforms that align with our content goals and requirements.

Aid in Integration and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless integration of AI tools into content production workflows. Assist in ensuring proper implementation and customization of AI solutions to meet the specific needs of our content teams.

Contribute to Testing and Optimization: Assist in designing and overseeing testing protocols to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-driven content creation and editing. Contribute to iterating and optimizing AI algorithms and models based on feedback and performance metrics.

Support Quality Assurance: Help establish quality standards and guidelines for AI-generated content. Assist in developing processes for reviewing and editing AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Assist with Team Support and Training: Support the Manager of AI for Content in providing guidance, training, and support to enable team members to effectively leverage AI technologies in their work.

Foster Collaboration and Communication: Assist in fostering collaboration and communication across departments, including content, technology, and data science teams. Support in serving as a liaison between content creators/editors and AI specialists to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies, content creation/editing tools, and industry best practices. Contribute to identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in our AI-driven content strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, linguistics, communications, or a related discipline.

Some experience or coursework related to educational content creation/editing, preferably in a digital publishing or media environment.

Basic understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.

Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), BERT, OpenAI API, etc.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and a passion for exploring innovative approaches to content creation and editing using AI technologies.

Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

Minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 and $110,000.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered will be provided upon offer.
