Hello, I have a 3 month old. My mom helps with my baby she works 1st shift and I work 3rd shift and of course baby is up when he wants to be and goes to sleep when he wants. We are looking for summer care (July & August) of about 20 hours a week for our new baby boy who will be 3 months old.
