Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Grasp clients' beauty aspirations and propose products that enhance their appearance and confidence.

• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Keep abreast of the latest beauty tendencies and newest Sephora product releases.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Cultivate a warm and inclusive ambiance for all clients.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in thrilling sales occasions and promotional initiatives.
• BOPIS and Client Service: Ensure top-notch client service during order pick-up instances.
• Maintain Store Environment: Assist in preserving a neat, well-equipped, and efficiently functioning store.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Prior equivalent work background, preferably in the retail sector.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and a keen interest in beauty.
• Effective communication abilities and adeptness at handling multiple tasks.
• Resilience and the capacity to respond promptly to varying scenarios.
• Flexible availability to work during busy retail periods.
• Consistent and punctual attendance track record.
• Capability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
