Job Description
OneTitle is an enterprise unified title management application and master record. It serves as the definitive representation of a title record and ensures effective title governance within our organization. The Analyst role will support data migration (title onboarding and cleansing) from NBCUs legacy system and library to the OneTitle Title Governance application. Responsibilities also include managing all requests facilitated through the Ungoverned Record Review, to ensure requests are in alignment with our title governance and business process requirements.

  • Act as a OneTitle governance expert and liaison between the user community and OneTitle, serving as the primary contact for assigned data entities.
  • Conduct metrics and data quality checks for each authoritative source system.
  • Offer insights for system development and business requirements analysis.
  • Create communication materials and presentations.
  • Skilled in assessing data sources and user needs for collaborations and system integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical or quantitative discipline, or significant relevant work experience
  • 3+ years professional work experience in metadata management, data governance or related field in the motion picture, television, or home entertainment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to all organizational levels
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Must be willing to work remotely and in the Universal City office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of studio-wide operations including (theatrical, digital, TV and home video)
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, or enterprise MDM applications
  • Willingness to learn, especially in an evolving environment
  • Passion for metadata, data cleansing and unique identifiers

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
