Because of our rapid growth, we have an immediate role available for highly motivated Senior Engineering Technologist candidate to join our Transition to Production, Production Support and Sustainment team.

Candidates should have advanced troubleshooting experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) hardware systems. Experience with schematic interpretation and understanding of electrical and RF circuits is required. RF technology background is preferred. Advanced trouble-shooting and problem solving skills will be needed to perform adequately in this role. This experience should include Microwave modules, RFSMT, digital and analog level troubleshooting.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in one or more of the technical disciplines; Digital, Analog, RF and Microwave, and strong desire to learn more in all the technical areas. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your technical and leadership skills as you support the continued production and sustainment of various RFSMT circuit card assemblies, Microwave multi-function modules and subsystems.

  • Advanced troubleshooting experience using schematics and test equipment to identify hardware failure components. This experience should include use of RF signal sources, analyzers, power meters as well as DC debug equipment including DMM's, Oscilloscopes and various other lab test equipment devices.
  • Previous experience in Product Engineering support role for DoD Hardware Systems.
  • 8+ years of experience working in an engineering environment supporting production and transition to production hardware builds.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.
  • Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner.
  • Ability to collaborate on technical information to program teams and/or customers.
  • Technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Active Secret Clearance or previously cleared and can be re-activated

  • Previous Armed Forces Leadership and Technical training.
  • Associate Degree in electrical/avionics engineering technology.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $156860

This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
