JOB TITLE: Marketing Project Manager
LOCATION: Minnetonka, MN (hybrid onsite)
PAY RATE: $35ph / W2
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION/END DATE: November months)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Project Manager willbe responsible for ensuring on-time execution of assigned projects. They will manage project workflow through stages of development, including reviews and regulatory approvals. They will also provide workflow tool support as needed for projects assigned to other project managers..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management
Manage workflow and deliverables:

  • Set up project schedules in workflow tool (Robohead or other workflow tools)
  • Daily management of tasks in workflow tool (Robohead or other workflow tools)
  • Route projects for review and required approvals
  • Release projects for production/distribution
  • Provide status updates
  • Help eliminate roadblocks and identify solutions for projects off-track

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3years consumer marketing project management experience with 1+ years Medicare experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects with different timelines
  • Experience with print, direct mail, and landing pages
  • Experience managing projects using workflow software (Robohead or other workflow tools)
  • Detail-oriented and able to quickly pivot to address changing timelines or requirements
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
