St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C. seeks an energetic faculty member to begin in the school year in the Mathematics Department. St. John's teachers are creative and passionate about their subject. Candidates must be able to develop and implement pedagogical practices that connect the subject to secondary level students and motivate them to a clear understanding of the course content. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • A B.A. or advanced degree in Mathematics or a related field
  • Classroom teaching experience preferred
  • A willingness to embrace a Lasallian, Catholic educational community
