Summary: The Pool Supervisor will be providing instruction and directing the daily operation of the pool area. Maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees.

The Pool Supervisor at PGA National Resort responsibilities:

Plans, organizes and supervises pool attendants
Responds to and resolves problems, inquiries and complaints relating to pool facilities.
Administers first-aid; enforces and monitors safe work practices
Assists with the implementation, evaluation and interpretation of department policies, projects and procedures.
Provides customer service by responding to information requests, conducting research, providing solutions to problems, and correcting errors.
Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to security department.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent

Language Skills: Excellent service skills including etiquette and ability to work with the public. Knowledge of communications skills, organization skills, and ability to deal with a diverse clientele.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Responsibility and Authority: Employee Relations: Ability to effectively communicate with all departments, regular communication with the manager and employees.
