The Palm Hotel is a 140 bedroom-hotel with a reception desk that is open 24 hours a day and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Head Receptionist on to the team.

As Head Receptionist, you will be required to;

Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
Knowledge of Hotel booking systems preferred.
Cash handling, balancing floats.
Answering telephones and taking messages.
Help and support other front office staff on duty
